Our default shipping method for purchasing through our system is standard ground and priority mail USPS. If you prefer other than, please contact us to let us know your shipping preferences. We will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

International Shipping: We welcome international shipping! Please contact us if your country has no option to select a payment or shipping method.

Local Pick Up: The address provided is only one of our office locations. If local, customers may pick up orders here, but must schedule an appointment first.

Warranty and Returns: Products are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date the product was received by the customer against defects in material and workmanship by our company or the original product manufacture. All products must be authorized prior to return and must send the remainder of product back to our company. The customer may contact us for returns, refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the date the product was received by the customer if not satisfied with anything purchased from www.hbwipeout.com that we may come to a satisfactory resolution.
